PVC is extremely durable and withstands wear and tear. It can be molded into almost any shape, color and size. All of our molds are designed internally by our own staff. We can imprint your company name or logo and choose between embossed or debossed designs. Any idea you have, can be made!
When your idea is made in PVC, you can achieve different style options:
Your logo is digitized into a format recognized by the embroidery machine, then is stitched out onto your product.
Embroidery is a high quality and permanent form of decoration. Ideal for bags, shirts and towels
Your logo is made into film which is transferred onto a soft silicon pad, ink is then added and printed onto your chosen product. Great for achieving fine detail.
A common decorating method suitable for nearly every surface or shape.
Your design is printed onto a film and then transferred to a screen.
The ink is then applied to the screen and the image is squeezed through it onto the product.
Your logo is printed full color in reverse (mirrored) and applied to a piece of high release paper.
The image is applied to these items using a heat press machine.
Can be used for just about any product.
Dye sublimation is a process where heat transfers dye onto a nominated surface.
This method enables photographs and multi-colored images to be printed.
This technique is best seen on textile for a dazzling finished effect.
Vinyl printing involves a computer-controlled blade which digitally cuts the design out of vinyl.
Vinyl printing is generally limited to simple text and designs, but comes in many different formats, such as metallic, fluorescent, flock and reflective colors. It can be as durable as screen printing.
A custom made die is used to apply your design with colored foil to a material's surface.
Stamping is ideal on leather and vinyl products.
Creates a full color representation of your design.
Almost every surface can be printed.
